CMD368 Review 2026: Licence Check, Malay Odds and Live Football Betting
Short answer: CMD368 is an Asian sportsbook that runs its own betting site and also appears in the Sports lobby of casinos in Malaysia. Its site shows a First Cagayan logo but no licence number or company name, and we could not find its licence on a public register we could check (20 October 2026). Our testers have not bet on it yet.

Who runs CMD368, and the licence we could check
CMD368's site does not name the company behind it. Its about page says it is an international bookmaker that has 'obtained full sports betting license', without naming a regulator or a number, and its footer shows only a First Cagayan logo. First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corporation is a licensing company in the Cagayan economic zone of the Philippines; its own website no longer loads, and the zone authority's company check confirms First Cagayan itself but cannot show which brands it licenses. We found nothing under CMD368 on the Isle of Man, Malta, UK, Curaçao, Anjouan or Tobique registers. We could not find its licence on a public register we could check (20 October 2026).
Sports, bet types and Malay odds
CMD368's about page lists Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Odd/Even, 1X2, Correct Score, Total Goals, Mix Parlay and outright bets, on football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, motor sport, snooker and Olympic events, and its menu adds esports and virtual sports. The match panel on its home page shows prices in Malay format, such as 0.88 and -0.98: a positive price is what you win per ringgit staked, and a negative price is what you risk to win one ringgit. On its own site, CMD368's rules cap Mix Parlay winnings at MYR 300,000 a day for football and MYR 60,000 for other sports.
Live betting, cash out and how CMD368 appears inside a casino
CMD368's about page claims more than 2,000 live games a week, and its betting rules refer to live streaming. Its cash out works only on football, only once a match has started, and only on handicap and over/under bets, and you must cash out the whole bet rather than part of it. Inside a casino's Sports lobby, CMD368 supplies the odds and settles the bets, while the casino holds your balance, sets your stake limits and pays out, so limits there may differ from those on CMD368's own site. A withdrawal problem goes to the casino.
What this means for a player in Malaysia
CMD368 takes ringgit on its own site and has Malay and Chinese pages, but online sports betting is not licensed in Malaysia, and without a licence we could confirm there is no regulator to complain to about CMD368 itself. Search results show many different web addresses using the CMD368 name, so a link sent by chat may not lead to CMD368 at all. Credit accounts handed out by 'agents' outside any casino are a separate and riskier arrangement. If you meet CMD368 in a casino's Sports lobby, your money depends on that casino, so check the casino's own record first.
What our testers will check
Hands-on testing has not started, and nothing on this page comes from our own bets. When our testers do bet through CMD368 at the casinos we review, they plan to record whether the lobby offers odds formats other than Malay, the minimum picks and payout cap for a Mix Parlay, how long a live football bet takes to be accepted on a Malaysian mobile connection, whether cash out appears on running handicap and over/under bets, and the lowest and highest stakes at each casino. Until then, this review reports only what CMD368 publishes, as checked on 20 October 2026.

Frequently asked questions
Is CMD368 legit?
We could not confirm a licence. CMD368's site shows a First Cagayan logo and says it holds a 'full sports betting license', but it names no licensed company or licence number, and we found nothing under CMD368 on the public registers we checked on 20 October 2026. That does not prove wrongdoing, but no regulator record backs the claim.
What licence does CMD368 show?
Only a First Cagayan logo in its footer, linking to First Cagayan's website, which no longer loads. First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corporation is a registered company in the Philippines' Cagayan economic zone, but its licensees cannot be looked up there by brand name, and CMD368 does not publish the company name that would be needed.
What are Malay odds on CMD368?
The prices on CMD368's home page are Malay odds, which run between -1 and 1. A positive price such as 0.88 wins RM8.80 on a RM10 stake; a negative price such as -0.98 means you risk RM9.80 to win RM10.
What bet types does CMD368 offer?
Its about page lists Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Odd/Even, 1X2, Correct Score, Total Goals, Mix Parlay and outright bets. Football leads, followed by basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, motor sport and snooker, plus esports and virtual sports in its menu.
Does CMD368 have cash out?
On its own site, yes, with limits: football only, after kick-off, on handicap and over/under bets, and only for the whole bet. The cash out button appears on the bet slip when it is available and can disappear after a goal or a red card.
Can I bet on live football with CMD368?
Yes. CMD368 says it offers more than 2,000 live games a week, and its Chinese pages present it as a football in-play platform. How quickly a live bet is accepted has not been tested yet.
Which casinos have CMD368?
The table further down this page lists the casinos we review that name CMD368 among their game providers. Casinos can switch sportsbooks, so check the Sports lobby of the casino you use.
Is it safe to use a CMD368 agent?
An agent account is not the same as betting in a casino's Sports lobby. Agents work outside any licensed site, often on credit, so there are no published terms you can hold them to and no regulator to complain to if they do not pay. Online sports betting is not licensed in Malaysia either way.
