Deposits and payment methods

Who licenses the casinos Malaysians use?
Malaysian law does not license online casinos, so every site here is licensed offshore. What those licences are worth changed sharply at the end of 2024, and the names printed on the sites have not caught up. The Philippines revoked every offshore gaming licence on 15 December 2024 under Executive Order 74, and Republic Act 12312 of October 2025 made the ban permanent. Curacao replaced its whole regime on 24 December 2024: the old master and sub-licence arrangement ended and every sub-licence expired in January 2025.
