How we checked them
For each studio we looked for the company behind it and searched the public registers of the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, Curaçao and the other regulators it named, on 20 October 2026. A licence counts as confirmed only when the register itself shows it with a number. Where a studio names a licence but gives no number, or a register does not list it, we say so on its page.
What the studio decides, and what the casino decides
The studio runs the tables, the cards and the stream. The casino decides the table limits, which tables appear in its lobby and, most of all, whether you are paid. A licensed studio does not make the casino that carries it licensed, and online gambling is not licensed in Malaysia, so no local regulator takes complaints about either.
Baccarat is the same maths everywhere
With the usual eight-deck rules, the Banker bet returns 98.94% in theory, Player 98.76% and Tie (paying 8 to 1) 85.64%, whichever studio deals the cards. No-commission tables pay half on a Banker six and return 98.54% on Banker. Side bets return less, so open the table rules before you bet.
