Box and iBox are where people miscalculate. A Box bet splits your stake across every arrangement of the digits, and repeated digits change how many arrangements there are: 1234 has 24, 1123 has 12, 1122 has 6, and 1111 has just one.

Big, Small, Box and iBox
- Big: wins on all five prize categories (1st, 2nd, 3rd, Special, Consolation), but the top prize pays less.
- Small: only the top three prizes, but they pay more.
- Box: any order wins, but the stake is divided across every arrangement.
- iBox: one stake covers every arrangement, and a win pays the straight prize divided by the number of arrangements.

How much does 4D 1st prize pay?
On a RM1 bet, Big pays RM2,500 and Small pays RM3,500 for 1st prize. A RM10 bet pays RM25,000 or RM35,000.
What is the difference between Big and Small?
Big wins on all five prize categories; Small only covers the top three but pays more for them.
How much does a Box bet pay?
Box splits the stake across every arrangement. 1234 has 24 arrangements, so a RM24 Box is RM1 on each and a Big 1st prize pays RM2,500.
How many arrangements does a number like 1122 have?
Six. 1234 has 24, 1123 has 12, 1122 has 6 and 1111 has one. Fewer arrangements means each one carries more of your stake.
