Horse Racing Betting Providers in Malaysia (2026): RCB988, Licences Checked
Short answer: We checked 1 horse racing provider (RCB988) and could not find a licence for it on a public register we could check. Our testers have not bet on them yet, so nothing here is scored.
| Provider | Licence check | Racing covered | Our casinos listing it | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RCB988 | Not found on a register | Horse racing, Harness racing, Greyhound racing | Not stated |
How we checked them
For each provider we looked for the company behind it and searched the public registers of the Isle of Man, Malta, the UK, Curaçao and the other regulators it named, on 21 October 2026. A licence counts as confirmed only when the register itself shows it with a number. Where a licence is named without a number, or a register does not list it, we say so on its page.
What the provider decides, and what the casino decides
The provider covers the meetings, sets the odds or runs the pool, and settles the bets. The casino decides your bet limits, which racing book sits in its Horse Racing lobby and, most of all, whether you are paid. A licensed provider does not make the casino that carries it licensed, and online betting is not licensed in Malaysia, so no local regulator takes complaints about either.
Fixed odds and tote
Racing books price a race in two ways. With fixed odds the price is set when you bet and does not change. With a tote, or pool, all stakes go into one pot and the dividend is worked out after the race, so the final figure can differ from the one shown when you bet. Each provider page says which it offers, where the provider makes that clear.
Frequently asked questions
Which horse racing providers have a licence you could verify?
None at the moment. Each page names the register and the licence number, checked on 21 October 2026.
Which horse racing providers could you not verify?
RCB988. We could not find their licences on a public register we could check; each page says what we searched.
Which horse racing providers do the casinos you review carry?
Our records do not say; check the casino's Horse Racing lobby.
Does a licensed provider make the casino safe?
No. The casino pays you, not the provider. A provider licence covers the provider; whether the casino pays is what our casino reviews measure.
Have your testers tried them?
Not yet. When they do, they will record which casino runs which racing book, the meetings and bet types on offer, the minimum bet and whether races can be watched live, and these pages will be updated.
