What RCB988 is, and who runs it
RCB988 is a horse racing betting platform that a number of online casinos aimed at Malaysian players place in their Horse Racing lobby. Game aggregators that supply casinos in Southeast Asia list it under the name Horsebook. RCB988 has no public company site: its own domain does not load, and the only RCB988 page we found is a player login page. No operating company, founding year or head office is published. On 21 October 2026 we searched the UK, Isle of Man, Curaçao, Anjouan and Tobique registers for RCB988 and Horsebook and found no licence.
Races and bet types
The aggregator's provider page describes horse racing in flat, jump and harness formats plus greyhound racing, with Win, Place and Show bets and odds that update in real time. In the casino pages that describe it, Win means your horse must finish first, Place pays if it finishes first or second, and Show pays if it finishes in the top three. Some of those pages add Exacta, Quinella, Trifecta and Superfecta and name meetings in Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and the UK, but they do not agree with each other, and RCB988 publishes no rules, race list or odds format of its own.
How RCB988 works inside a casino
In a casino, RCB988 opens from the Horse Racing or Sports lobby and uses your casino balance. RCB988 supplies the races, prices and results; the casino holds your balance, sets your limits and pays out, so a dispute over a settled race goes to the casino first. RCB988's own login page, as archived in 2017, tells players whose account is locked to contact their 'upline'. That, and agent pages offering RCB988 accounts, suggest accounts are also handed out through agents outside any casino. An agent account is a different and riskier arrangement, with no written terms and nobody to complain to if the agent does not pay.
What this means for a player in Malaysia
Online betting, including on horse racing, is not licensed in Malaysia, so no Malaysian body takes complaints about an online racing product. RCB988 names no licence from any other country either, so as far as we can tell no regulator checks how its races are priced or settled. The casino pages that carry RCB988 say it opens in a phone browser, but RCB988 itself publishes nothing about devices. Bet limits are set by each casino, so the smallest and largest stakes can differ from one site to the next. Keep your own record of each bet slip until the race is settled.
What our testers will check
Hands-on testing has not started, and nothing on this page comes from our own bets. When our testers open RCB988 at the casinos we review, they plan to record which meetings and countries appear, which bet types are offered, whether prices are fixed odds or tote-style dividends, whether races are streamed and play smoothly on a Malaysian mobile connection, how quickly results are settled, what happens to a bet on a scratched horse, and the lowest and highest stakes each casino allows. Until then, this review reports only what we could check on 21 October 2026.

Our casino records do not say which casinos carry RCB988, so none are listed here.

Frequently asked questions
Is RCB988 legit?
We cannot confirm it. RCB988 publishes no company name and no licence, and on 21 October 2026 we found neither RCB988 nor Horsebook on the UK, Isle of Man, Curaçao, Anjouan or Tobique registers. Casino pages that call it licensed name no regulator or number. That does not prove anything is wrong, but it means no regulator stands behind it.
What is RCB988?
A horse racing betting platform that appears in the Horse Racing lobby of a number of online casinos aimed at Malaysian players. According to the game aggregator that distributes it, it covers horse racing, harness racing and greyhound racing. Apart from a login page, it has no public website of its own.
Is RCB988 the same as Horsebook?
Game aggregators list it as 'Horsebook (RCB988)', and casino lobbies use either name. RCB988 itself has no public page that confirms the second name, so we treat them as the same product on the strength of those listings.
What bets can I place on RCB988?
Win, Place and Show are the bet types the aggregator and most casino pages agree on: Win needs your horse to finish first, Place pays for first or second, and Show for the top three. Some pages also list Exacta, Quinella, Trifecta and Superfecta. RCB988 publishes no betting rules of its own.
Which races does RCB988 cover?
Horse racing (flat and jumps), harness racing and greyhound racing. Casino pages mention meetings in Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and the UK, among others, but RCB988 publishes no list, and the races on offer change from day to day.
Does RCB988 show live streams?
RCB988 itself says nothing about streams. Some casino pages say every race is streamed, while others mention only live odds and results. Our testers will check this when they use it.
Which casinos have RCB988?
Our casino records do not list racing providers, so we cannot say. If your casino has a Horse Racing lobby, that lobby is the place to check which racing product it runs today.
Is RCB988 licensed in Malaysia?
No. Online betting, including on horse racing, is not licensed in Malaysia, and RCB988 names no licence from any other country either. If a race is settled wrongly or a withdrawal stalls, there is no Malaysian body to complain to.
