Who runs Pragmatic Play Live, and the licences we checked
Pragmatic Play Live is the live dealer arm of Pragmatic Play, which says it is headquartered in Gibraltar and owned by a private investor group led by Veridian (Gibraltar) Limited. Its live casino page cites UK and Malta licences. On 20 October 2026 the Malta Gaming Authority register listed Arrise Solutions (Malta) Limited as Licensed under MGA/B2B/317/2016, and the UK Gambling Commission register shows the same company, trading as Pragmatic Play, under account 46683 with an active Game Host (Casino) licence. Pragmatic Play (Gibraltar) Limited holds further active UK licences under account 56015.
Where the studio is and what the tables are like
Pragmatic Play says its live games are broadcast from its studio in Bucharest, and Romania's gambling office lists a Class II studio licence for Arrise Live SRL in Bucharest, No. 817 of 29 March 2019. The studio page mentions multiple 4K cameras, an interface in 28 languages and in-house streaming with a delay it puts at 1.5 to 2 seconds when conditions allow. Operators can order dedicated tables or a fully branded studio set, so a table may carry a casino's own colours rather than Pragmatic's. VIP blackjack tables allow 20 seconds for betting instead of the usual 14.
Games that stand out, and the house edge
Pragmatic's baccarat tables show all five traditional roads, let players zoom in on the cards, and offer a No Commission mode that the studio says can be switched on at any table. Speed Baccarat cuts the betting time, and Pragmatic says Speed Roulette averages about 25 seconds a round. For fans of Asian games there is Mega Sic Bo, with random multipliers up to 1000x, plus Mega Sic Bac, Dragon Tiger and Seotda Baccarat. With standard rules and an eight-deck shoe, Banker returns 98.94% after the 5% commission, Player returns 98.76% and Tie at 8:1 returns 85.64%. A single-zero roulette wheel returns 97.30%.
What this means for a player in Malaysia
Casino sites often list this provider simply as Pragmatic Play, without saying whether the live tables are included, so open the live casino lobby to see whether they are there. Each casino sets its own table limits, currencies and VIP access. Online casinos are not licensed in Malaysia. Pragmatic does not list the languages its dealers speak on the pages we read, although its live interface comes in 28 languages. The studio says all its live games run in HTML5 on phones and desktops, which our testers will check on Malaysian networks.
What our testers will check
Hands-on testing has not started, and nothing here comes from our own play. When our testers get to Pragmatic Play Live, they plan to check whether each casino's lobby really carries the live tables, which dealer languages appear, how long baccarat and Speed Baccarat rounds take on a Malaysian mobile connection, how the stream copes with a weaker signal, and the lowest and highest bets on offer. They will also compare the help screens of Mega Sic Bo and the baccarat tables with the payouts quoted here. This page will be updated afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
Is Pragmatic Play Live legit?
It is run by licensed companies. On 20 October 2026 the Malta Gaming Authority register listed Arrise Solutions (Malta) Limited as Licensed under MGA/B2B/317/2016, and the UK Gambling Commission register showed it, trading as Pragmatic Play, with an active Game Host (Casino) licence under account 46683. The casino you use still needs its own licence check.
Is Pragmatic Play Live rigged?
We cannot judge that from play, because testing has not started. The studio deals real cards and spins real wheels on camera, holds a Romanian studio licence and says its live games are certified by an independent accredited testing facility. Games such as Mega Sic Bo add random multipliers chosen by software, so read their rules before betting.
What games does Pragmatic Play Live have?
Baccarat, Speed Baccarat, Amazing Baccarat, Seotda Baccarat, Mega Sic Bac, Mega Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, several roulette and blackjack tables, and game shows such as Mega Wheel and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand.
Does Pragmatic Play Live have Chinese dealers?
Pragmatic does not list dealer languages on the official pages we read, so we cannot confirm Mandarin or Cantonese tables. Its live interface is available in 28 languages. Check the live lobby at your casino.
Which casinos have Pragmatic Play Live?
We do not keep a separate list. Casinos often show Pragmatic Play as one provider for both slots and live games, so the live casino lobby at each casino is the place to check.
Where is the Pragmatic Play Live studio?
In Bucharest, Romania. Pragmatic says its live games are broadcast from there, and Romania's gambling office lists the studio licence of Arrise Live SRL in Bucharest, No. 817 of 29 March 2019.
What is Mega Sic Bo?
It is Pragmatic's live sic bo with three dice, where some bets are given random Mega Multipliers before the result, up to 1000x the stake. Because the multipliers change the payouts, its return differs from standard sic bo; check the game's help screen.
Is Pragmatic Play Live the same company as Pragmatic Play slots?
Yes, it is the same Pragmatic Play brand, which offers slots and live casino through a single integration. The UK register links the trading name Pragmatic Play to Arrise Solutions (Malta) Limited and also lists Pragmatic Play (Gibraltar) Limited.
