Short answer: SA Gaming is a live dealer studio known for its baccarat tables, run by SA Technology N.V., a company registered in Curaçao. On 20 October 2026 the Curaçao Gaming Authority's own certificate page showed its B2B licence OGL/2024/154/0133 as active. Who runs SA Gaming, and the licence we could check
SA Gaming's official website names SA Technology N.V., a Curaçao company with registration number 162463, as its owner and operator. We looked that company up on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's own certificate page, which on 20 October 2026 showed B2B licence OGL/2024/154/0133 as granted and active, with SA Gaming's website listed as the licensed domain. The regulator's register, last updated 14 October 2026, lists the same licence with a renewal assessment still in progress. SA Gaming also cites a South African manufacturer licence and a Peruvian supplier licence; we found no public register for either, so those remain the studio's own claims.
Where the studios are and what the tables look like
SA Gaming says its live studios are spread around the world but does not name the cities, so we cannot list them. What it does describe are its table rooms: Diamond Hall, styled as a VIP room, plus Euro Hall, Emerald Hall and Sexy Hall. Its roulette page also mentions wheels spun by dealers in bikinis. In May 2026 it added Thai Baccarat, which it says is run by native Thai-speaking dealers, and in July 2026 it gave its baccarat tables a new background. The testing lab GLI lists SA Gaming's remote live dealer studio audit as passed on 1 August 2023.
The games that stand out, and the house edge
Baccarat is the core of SA Gaming: there are classic, Speed and No Commission versions, with side bets such as Any Pair, Perfect Pair, Dragon Bonus and Lucky Six. Under standard eight-deck rules, the Banker bet returns 98.94% after the 5% commission and the Player bet returns 98.76%. In No Commission Baccarat, which SA Gaming says pays half when Banker wins with six, the Banker bet returns about 98.54%. Its roulette uses a single-zero European wheel, which returns 97.30%. It also streams Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Pok Deng, Xoc Dia, Fish Prawn Crab, Thai HiLo and two blackjack games.
What this means for a player in Malaysia
SA Gaming says its game screens run in more than 20 languages, including Malay, English, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and that the games work on iOS and Android phones. Those are interface languages: apart from the Thai-speaking dealers on Thai Baccarat, the studio does not say which languages its dealers speak. SA Gaming does not take bets itself. Each casino that carries its tables sets its own table limits, currencies and promotions, so the same table can show different limits from one site to another. Online gambling is not licensed in Malaysia, and a studio licence elsewhere does not change that.
