Who runs WM Casino and what licence we could check
WM Casino, known to Chinese-speaking players as WM 完美真人, is a live dealer brand built for Asian tables. We found no official WM website: the WM-named domains we checked on 20 October 2026 were betting sites, a domain for sale, an unrelated blog or pages that name no company. Its distributor SoftGamings says WM Casino belongs to WM Perfect Group, headquartered in Cambodia, but names no registered company. Some pages say WM holds licences from Cambodia, Curaçao or Cagayan. We could not find its licence on a public register we could check (20 October 2026), including the UK Gambling Commission register and Curaçao's current licence list.
The games, and the house edge where the rules fix it
Its distributor lists baccarat in several versions, including commission and no-commission tables, plus Dragon Tiger, roulette, sic bo, Niuniu, Fan Tan, Se Die, Fish Prawn Crab, Color Sic Bo and Pula-Puti. There is no blackjack. Where the usual rules apply, the maths is fixed: in eight-deck baccarat with a 5% commission on Banker, the Banker bet returns 98.94% in theory and Player 98.76%. Big or Small in sic bo, which loses on any triple, returns 97.22%, and a single-zero roulette wheel returns 97.30%. Open the table rules first, because no-commission rules and side bets change these numbers.
What this means for a player in Malaysia
For a player in Malaysia the first problem is identity. With no official site, you cannot compare a WM table with a studio page, so a lobby labelled WM could be run by anyone. We found no list of dealer languages published by WM itself, so look at the table before you sit down. According to its distributor, WM games run in a phone browser and through an app. Table limits are set by each casino, not by WM, so the same game can have different minimums in different lobbies. Online gambling is not licensed in Malaysia, so no local regulator takes complaints about these tables.
What our testers will check when they play WM
Our testers have not played WM tables yet. When testing happens, they will record which casino lobby carries the tables and whether it names WM's operator, which dealer languages are actually offered, how long each betting round lasts, whether the payouts on screen match the posted rules, and how the stream holds up on a mid-range phone over Malaysian mobile data. Until then, this page sticks to what can be checked: who distributes the games and the house edge that follows from the published rules of each game.
House edge by the rules
| Bet | Theoretical return | Where the figure comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Baccarat, bet on Banker (8 decks, 5% commission) | 98.94% | rules of the game |
| Baccarat, bet on Player (8 decks) | 98.76% | rules of the game |
| Sic Bo, Big or Small (loses on any triple) | 97.22% | rules of the game |
| Roulette, single-zero wheel | 97.30% | rules of the game |

Frequently asked questions
Is WM Casino legit?
We cannot call it verified. We found no official WM website and no licence on a public register we could check (20 October 2026). Its games are distributed by SoftGamings, a known aggregator, but that does not tell you who runs the tables. Treat any WM-branded site with caution.
Does WM Casino have a licence?
Not one we could confirm. Third-party pages credit WM with licences from Cambodia, Curaçao or Cagayan, but WM publishes no licence number that we could find. It did not appear in the UK Gambling Commission register or in Curaçao's online licence list dated 14 October 2026.
Is WM Casino rigged?
We have no evidence either way. We found no test certificate for WM tables from a lab such as GLI or BMM, and our testers have not played them yet. Baccarat and sic bo results come from physical cards and dice on camera, so look for a clear view of the shoe and the dice, and compare payouts with the table rules.
Who owns WM Casino?
WM itself publishes no owner. Its distributor SoftGamings says WM Casino belongs to WM Perfect Group, headquartered in Cambodia, but names no registered company.
What games does WM Casino have?
Its distributor lists baccarat in several versions, including commission and no-commission tables, plus Dragon Tiger, roulette, sic bo, Niuniu, Fan Tan, Se Die, Fish Prawn Crab, Color Sic Bo and Pula-Puti. It lists no blackjack.
Does WM Casino have Chinese dealers?
We could not find a dealer language list from WM. Its distributor says the game screens come in several languages, but that describes the interface, not the dealers. Check the table in your casino's lobby before you bet.
Which casinos have WM Casino?
None of the casinos in our records lists WM Casino among its providers. Lobbies change, so the casino's own live casino lobby is the place to check, and a WM label alone does not tell you who runs the table.
What is the official WM Casino website?
We could not find one. The WM-named domains we checked on 20 October 2026 were betting sites, a domain for sale, an unrelated blog and a login page that names no company. Do not trust a site just because it uses the WM name.
