BTi Sportsbook Review 2026: Who Runs It, Licence Check and Features
Short answer: BTi is a business-to-business sportsbook that casinos plug into their Sports lobby; it does not take players directly. Its own site names no company, licence or founding year, and we could not find its licence on a public register we could check (20 October 2026). Our testers have not bet on it yet.

Who runs BTi, and the licences we looked for
BTi's own site presents it as a sportsbook provider for Asian markets, with trading and risk teams, round-the-clock partner support and what it calls 600 trading professionals. It gives no legal company name, address, founding year or licence. Third-party pages expand the name in different ways, such as Betting Technology International, give founding years of 2007 or 2011, and some claim Malta or UK licences, but none quote a licence number. We searched the Malta Gaming Authority's licensee list and the UK Gambling Commission's register data, plus the Isle of Man, Curaçao, Anjouan and Tobique registers, and found no BTi entity. We could not find its licence on a public register we could check (20 October 2026).
Products and bet types
BTi lists sports, virtual sports and esports; single, cross and combo bets, with combos of up to 20 events; cash out; a live match tracker; event and team statistics; and free bet and bonus tools that casinos can hand to players. It supports seamless and transfer wallets, fiat and crypto currencies, several languages, and European or Asian page layouts 'with regional odds supported'. BTi's site does not list individual sports or name its odds formats, so the sports on offer and whether Malay odds appear depend on what each casino switches on; check the odds setting in the Sports lobby before betting.
Live betting, and how BTi appears inside a casino
BTi's site mentions a live match tracker and cash out, which lets a player settle a bet early at the price offered; it does not describe live video streaming. Casinos add BTi either as a ready-made iFrame that can be re-skinned in the casino's own colours, or through BTi's API with a front end the casino builds itself, so the Sports lobby may not show the BTi name at all. Either way, BTi supplies the odds, trading and settlement, while the casino holds your balance, sets your stake limits and pays withdrawals.
What this means for a player in Malaysia
Online sports betting is not licensed in Malaysia. When we checked our records on 20 October 2026, none of the casinos we review named BTi among their game providers, so this page is for players who meet BTi elsewhere. Without a licence we could confirm, there is no regulator to complain to about BTi, and a withdrawal problem goes to the casino in any case. BTi's own site is for business partners and has no player sign-up, so a site asking you to register an account under the BTi name is not BTi's business site.
What our testers will check
Hands-on testing has not started, and nothing on this page comes from our own bets. If a casino we review adds BTi, our testers plan to record which sports and odds formats the lobby shows, whether Malay odds are available, how many events a combo bet accepts in practice, when cash out is offered, how quickly a live bet is accepted on a Malaysian mobile connection, and the lowest and highest stakes. Until then, this review reports only what BTi publishes and what the registers show, as checked on 20 October 2026.

Frequently asked questions
Is BTi sportsbook legit?
We could not confirm a licence. BTi's own site names no licensing authority, company or licence number, and on 20 October 2026 we found no BTi entity on the Malta, UK, Isle of Man, Curaçao, Anjouan or Tobique registers. BTi may hold a licence under a company name it does not publish, but we could not check one.
Who owns BTi?
BTi's site does not say. It gives no legal company name, address or owners, only a sales contact and an enquiry form for business partners.
What does BTi stand for?
BTi's own site does not expand the name. Third-party pages give different versions, such as Betting Technology International, so we do not state one.
Does BTi have Malay odds?
BTi says its sportsbook offers European and Asian layouts 'with regional odds supported', but it does not list the formats. Whether Malay odds appear depends on the casino's set-up, so check the odds setting in the Sports lobby.
How many games can I put in a BTi parlay?
BTi says its combo bets take up to 20 events. Each casino still sets its own minimum and maximum stakes, and that limit has not been tested yet.
Does BTi have cash out?
Yes. BTi lists a cash out feature that lets players settle a bet early at the price offered. When and on which bets it appears inside a casino has not been tested yet.
Which casinos have BTi?
None of the casinos we review named BTi among their game providers when we checked on 20 October 2026. If that changes, the table on this page will list them; otherwise check the Sports lobby of the casino you use.
Can I open an account directly with BTi?
No. BTi sells to operators, and its site has an enquiry form for business partners rather than a player sign-up. A site that asks you to register under the BTi name is not BTi's business site.
