Who makes KA fishing games, and what licence we could check
KA Gaming's site is run by KA Systems Global, Ltd., according to its terms of service, which are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) with the courts of Taipei as the venue. The site gives no founding year or company address. It says KA is licensed and certified in 16 jurisdictions but names none, and it shows GLI, BMM and eCOGRA logos without certificate numbers. On 20 October 2026 we found no entry for KA Systems Global or KA Gaming on the Malta Gaming Authority register, the UK Gambling Commission register or the Curaçao Gaming Authority's online licence list. KA has no slot review on our site yet.

RTP: chosen by the casino, from 82% to 98%
KA does not publish one RTP per fishing game. Its catalogue lists nine selectable levels for every fishing title: 82%, 84%, 86%, 88%, 90%, 92%, 94%, 96% and 98%. KA's home page says the operator picks the level and can tune it per player, per game, per currency, per region and per operator. So the same KA fishing game can be set to 98% at one casino and 82% at another, and KA's terms add that published RTP levels are indicative and may differ between markets and operators. The figure that applies is the one in the game's information screen at your casino, if the casino shows it.
What this means for a player in Malaysia
