Joker (Joker123) Fishing Games Review 2026: What We Could Verify
Short answer: Joker, also known as Joker123 or Joker Gaming, lists 15 fishing games on its own site, among them Fish Hunter 2 EX and Fish Hunter Monster Awaken. It publishes no RTP for them, and on 20 October 2026 we could not find a company or a licence behind the brand on any public register we checked. Our testers have not played its fishing games yet.

Which Joker this is, and what we could not confirm
Many unrelated websites use the Joker name. The site we treat as the studio's own is jokerofficial.net: it is titled Joker Gaming, its customer support link points to a Telegram account named Joker123_cs, and its fishing list matches the games in the joker123.net player portal. Neither site names a company, an address, a licence or a test lab; the footer reads only 'Copyright 2016 Joker Official'. On 20 October 2026 we found no Joker entry on the Malta Gaming Authority register, the UK Gambling Commission register or the Curaçao Gaming Authority's online licence list. Look-alike domains such as jokergaming.com are parked or for sale. Joker's slots are reviewed separately on our site.
15 fishing titles, most of them Fish Hunter games
Joker's fishing page lists 15 games: Fish Hunter 2 EX in four versions (Newbie, Novice, Pro and My Club), Fish Hunter Monster Awaken, Fish Hunter Haiba, Fish Hunter Spongebob, five 'Fish Hunting' titles (Da Sheng Nao Hai, Golden Toad, Happy Fish 5, Li Kui Pi Yu and Yao Qian Shu), Fishermans Wharf, Bird Paradise and Insect Paradise. In the portal's Chinese list, Fish Hunter Monster Awaken appears as 海王3 and Fish Hunter 2 EX as 海王 2 Ex. Joker's pages give no gameplay description for any of them, so we cannot say from its own material what sets one apart from another, and every page shows the same release date, 7 April 2023.
RTP: none published
Joker publishes no RTP, volatility or maximum win for any of its fishing games. Its fishing pages show only a release date, platforms and languages; even its slot pages give a volatility rating but no RTP. We found no test-lab certificate either. Figures quoted for Joker fishing games on agent pages and download sites cannot be traced to Joker, so we do not repeat them. If the game's information screen at your casino shows an RTP, that is the only figure that applies, and there is no published number from Joker to check it against.
What this means for a player in Malaysia
Joker's pages list Android and HTML5 as platforms for 14 of the 15 fishing games (Bird Paradise shows Android only), and English, Simplified Chinese, Thai and Indonesian as game languages. Malay is not listed for any fishing title, although the website itself has a Malay version. Bet sizes are set per game and per casino. Joker's site says its games run on H5 and a mobile app; an app file from a third-party download site cannot be traced to anyone accountable. Online casinos are not licensed in Malaysia, and because we found no licence behind Joker, we know of no regulator that oversees these games.
What our testers will check
Hands-on testing of Joker's fishing games has not started, and nothing on this page comes from our own play. When our testers do open them, they plan to record how quickly the games load on a Malaysian mobile connection, whether they play upright or only sideways, which languages they offer, the smallest and largest bullet values at a few casinos, and whether the information screen shows any RTP at all. They will also check whether the games match the demos on Joker's own site. Until then, this review reports only what Joker's sites and the regulators' registers show, as checked on 20 October 2026.
RTP the studio publishes
Joker publishes no RTP for its fishing games that we could find on its own site, in its game data or in a test lab certificate (checked 20 October 2026). Check the information screen in the game at your casino.
Casinos we review that list Joker
