Short answer: JILI makes 16 fish shooting games, including Jackpot Fishing, Royal Fishing, Mega Fishing and Happy Fishing, which casinos add to their fishing lobby. JILI publishes no RTP for them, and on 20 October 2026 we could not find a licence in JILI's own name on a public register we could check. Our testers have not played them yet.

Who makes JILI fishing games, and the licence question
JILI is a studio that makes slots, bingo, card and fishing games for casino operators. Its website names no company, address or founding year: the footer reads only 'All rights reserved to JILI', while the page title says 'JILI Games | TaDa Gaming'. Under 'Licenses & Certificates' it shows GLI and BMM Testlabs logos, with no regulator, licence number or certificate link. TaDa Gaming Ltd holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence (MGA/B2B/940/2022) and Tada Gaming Limited a UK licence (account 66390), both active on 20 October 2026, but neither site explains how TaDa and JILI are related, so we do not count them as JILI's. JILI's slots are reviewed separately on our site.
JILI's fishing titles and what sets them apart
JILI files these games under 'Fish and Arcade'. The shooting games are Jackpot Fishing (2019), Jackpot Fishing 2 (2026), Royal Fishing, Mega Fishing, Happy Fishing, All-Star Fishing, Bombing Fish, Boom Legend, Ocean King Jackpot, Fortune King Jackpot, Dragon Fortune, Dragon Treasure, Dinosaur Tycoon I and II, Fortune Zombie and Circus Jackpot. JILI calls Royal Fishing a beginners' entry-level fishing machine, whose Money Dragon King can trigger a wheel of up to 350x. Mega Fishing and Happy Fishing both list 950x as the top win and share an octopus bonus wheel. Bombing Fish uses two bullet types for two layers of fish, and Dragon Fortune runs on an upright, scrolling screen.
RTP: what JILI publishes
JILI publishes no RTP for any of its fishing games, on the game pages or anywhere else on its site. Each page lists the game type, special features, a publish date and, for most games, a maximum win, such as 1,200x for All-Star Fishing and 4,800x for Jackpot Fishing 2; jackpot games show only 'Jackpot'. A fishing game has no fixed rules from which a return can be worked out, so we do not copy figures from other websites. The figure that applies is the one in the game's own information screen at your casino, if it shows one. JILI does not say whether casinos can choose between settings.
What this means for a player in Malaysia
JILI sells to casino operators, not to players, so its fishing games only appear inside a casino's fishing lobby. JILI says all its games are built in HTML5 to run on phones, tablets and computers, and every game page has a free trial button. Each casino decides which games it offers and what the bet sizes are; in Bombing Fish, for example, players pick a level by its multiplier. Online casinos are not licensed in Malaysia. JILI's game pages list ten languages, including Chinese, English and Indonesian, but not Malay, so check the language menu inside the game.

Is JILI fishing legit?
JILI is a real studio whose fishing games appear in casino lobbies, but its own site names no company and no regulator licence, only GLI and BMM Testlabs logos without certificate links. On 20 October 2026 we could not find a licence in JILI's name on a public register we could check. A studio's licence would not cover the casino anyway, so check who runs the casino as well.
What is the RTP of JILI Jackpot Fishing?
JILI does not publish one. Its Jackpot Fishing page gives the game type (Fish and Arcade), the features (jackpot and jackpot wheel) and a September 2019 publish date, but no RTP. Figures on other websites are not JILI's, so look for the RTP in the game's information screen at your casino.
