Our hands-on review of Spadegaming
Spadegaming slots play smoothly on a phone. Every game our three testers opened played upright, the first one opened in two to four seconds, slowest on 4G, and none of them saw a stutter. All three reached free games. One found it generous, with Legacy of Kong Maxways dropping Scatters easily; the other two found their sessions average, one of them finishing about level. That is an impression of 15 minutes, not a measure of payback. Spadegaming publishes an RTP for most of its games, though rarely a maximum win, and its Malta Gaming Authority licence checks out on the authority's own site. What our testers noticed
- Bernard: Legacy of Kong Maxways cascades smoothly, and Scatters dropped easily enough to trigger the free games. The page loads very fast, and it plays comfortably upright in one hand.
- HY: On one of my games I got into the free games but only collected the base multiplier, so the result was ordinary. On 5G every game opened instantly, with no stutter at all.
- Rizqi: On 4G the games loaded smoothly and played upright without any trouble. One of my games dropped wins reasonably often, and I finished about level.

These are Spadegaming's published figures, read from its own game pages and release notes on 16 October 2026, not a promise about the game you open: the RTP shown in the game's information screen at your casino is the one that applies. A blank means Spadegaming does not publish that figure. It gives a maximum win for few games, and it labels 110 of the 113 games in its site data medium volatility, so that label tells you little. Licence and testing
Spadegaming's Malta Gaming Authority licence, MGA/B2B/482/2018, is held by S.P.G Malta Ltd: a business-to-business critical supply licence for casino games. The authority's own verification page, which names Spadegaming's site as the licensee's website, showed it as licensed when we checked on 16 October 2026. Spadegaming also says its games are certified by BMM Testlabs and iTech Labs; in 2025 it named seven titles certified by BMM, Legacy of Kong Maxways among them, and said BMM had certified it for Brazil's federal market. These cover the studio and its games, not the casino you play at: none of the casinos that take Malaysian players is licensed in Malaysia. Who it suits
Players who like Asian myth and fortune themes, classic fruit slots, cowboy and hero stories, and cascading multi-way slots such as Legacy of Kong Maxways, at a steady rather than wild pace.
